Lori provided incredible support in booking our family’s first trip to Disney World a few weeks ago. My wife made a spontaneous (and uncharacteristic) decision for our family of 5 to take a Disney trip within 3 weeks. When she notified Lori of this decision, Lori immediately started helping us plan for the adventure. She clearly outlined resort availability and gave us valuable recommendations. I was really impressed by her responsiveness and willingness to educate us on everything Disney had to offer – especially the lightning lane process. I expected planning to be overwhelming and stressful, but Lori made everything completely manageable. We greatly appreciated her insights on attractions and restaurants – every recommendation and reference materials she sent us was spot on!
To make matters more difficult, mother nature (Hurricane Milton) cancelled our flight the day before our departure. Despite this, Lori remained a supportive and flexible resource, ultimately helping us salvage our vacation. We were able to push our trip a day back with Lori’s help outlining our options and adjusting our bookings.
Even when we finally got to Disney and started experiencing the parks, Lori was still a valuable resource. She continued to make herself available and address our questions, even sharing key tips on when and where to be for popular events like parades and fireworks.
Long story short, our family would not have experienced the most unforgettable vacation without Lori. We thank her for all her hard work and expertise throughout the entire process.
